The tsar attracts birds to their prey (duck, goose, pigeon, turtledove, etc.) and allows them to enter the shooting range. Using simple seals without a motor will increase your chances of success.

-The product works with 4 batteries (pen battery). It is recommended to use an alkaline battery for stable operation of the product.

-By removing the lower body, the battery bed will become visible. You can replace the batteries by removing the lower body.

- If the product is to be used in water, EVA material must be attached. Make sure that the EVA material is sufficiently compressed to ensure watertightness.

- If the product will be used on land, the use of EVA material is left to the user's preference.

- During the use of the product on land, it can be upgraded by inserting a long stud/bolt into the M8 screw hole on the lower body and driving it into the ground. Or it can be used by connecting to tree branches with the help of the attached stud. This

-The protective plate and labels on the upper body should never be removed in order not to deteriorate the waterproofing feature of the product.

_The small hole in the EVA material can be inserted with a rope, etc. By attaching binding apparatus, the product can be prevented from flowing in the water.

In cases where the blades need to be changed, the blades can be removed by hanging outwards and the new blade can be installed by pushing it in the opposite direction.
